jails and courts will be literally left with no work to be done all cases decided on quicky arbitration bases. even criminal record peoples will be freed and asked to remain on probation at their house with Indian citizary rights. They will undergo training s to avoid further mishaps. Even rape convicts will be released and asked to remain on probation at the houses with training to avoid further mishaps. so is the order with criminals with murder cases. all undertrials will be freed with provision of probation at their places so that further occurrences are eliminated. People in red and vulnerable areas will be given training to remain away from crime. similarly all govt officers pers shall be freed with ibid restructuring of their lives.similarly all economic money property related convicts undertrials will be freed and will take ibid training. their fines shall be waived off and properties regularised by a collegium of executives including bad debt that on restructuring mechanism basis.so is the mechanism to deal with well figure in crime jails eg some liquor baron some business fraud some jewellery fraud etc. their bad loans will be restructured and will be given special probation at their houses and with all citizen rights they will be allowed to do business to bring foreign currency in India.  those who have not featured here will be treated the same as in para above.

People who have been implicated in fraud etc cases will be given complete absolute waiver and only will be asked to pay the debt that too in restructured basis.
