all bad loans will be restructured to make compliance working reality. People who have been implicated in fraud etc cases will be given complete absolute waiver and only will be asked to pay the debt that too in restructured basis. They will be reinstated with all benefits. THIS IS ACROSS THE BOARD ORDER. the same principle will be applied in all industrial units and no penal actions will be taken. those who in jails/court cases will be freed of their charges unilaterally and nothing will put on them as penalty. bad loans will be restricted to make compliance  a reality.
