Peoples of real states will be given absolute amnesty from all penal actions recoveries etc. Bad loans will be restructured. They will be allowed to park their funds in any number of other entities. All will be released from jails and punishments waived off. They will be given waiver of capital gains and wealth tax. They will be allowed to make collegium to employ large and large number of peoples. They will be given several years as they wish to complete their projects. They will be asked only recent income tax statements nothing else no previous income tax and tax statements will be asked from them. They will be given more benefits if they can employ whole of Indian unemployed youth and needy peoples. They will not charge maintenance cost from the living units.
