courts will have to accept master plans as per executive orders  may it be innumerable time of changes and submissions else the respective judge will be shown the door by simple order. constructed building will not be disposed off may it be illegal as per ibid order, construction materials will be auctioned in such a way that public is not put at any hardship and no special checking will be allowed upper rule also gets applied and land s plots will not be usurped by executive , judiciary on the ground of their master plans in the interest of public may it be  a single unit and alternate methods be devised by executive and judges in order to save the person/s from litigations.BUT PERSONS LIKE SONIA GANDHI AND SHEILA DIXIT IF SIGN A SIMPLE PAPER THAT A MALAFIDE POLITICAL GAME IS BEING EITHER IMPLEMENTED OR IS DEVISED THE IBID ORDER GOES IN FAVOUR OF EXECUTIVE ONLY.
