mr trump its extremely sad you as america stands for, seems to be divided just for non issues. eg if venezuela people need food why cant you supply for an intervening period till it settle down on economic issues, if at all this is not your priority or policy area India can be engaged in fruitful discussion for bilateral agreement eg take oil and give food.
