all the states and UT authorities to make a programme in details to implement joining all India river systems, make system of disbursal and central help and local help and state help and detailed expenditure details inclusive of donations etc etc. the detailed shall be presented by respective MP of the area in vigyan bhawan in front of peoples from all possible streams and be prepared for any awkward question as well, no sorry cut is allowed.
