It is hereby ordered that the order of referendum issued today can not be diluted deviated cancelled by any method methodologies what so ever it may be. The referendum has to be completed on war footing by adopting simplest methods available with the peoples of south west Asia. eg even raising of hands of populace of a village and noting it down on a piece of paper is considered valid.
