It is hereby ordered that all the people s who are in power and officers and above to the highest level of all types of forces of south west asian region as explained and is on record stand penalised as per underneath penalty order to Imran Khan prime minister of Pakistan and his supports etc. Troops, and young peoples and militia of this region stand empowered and are hereby ordered to kill who so ever it may be who has / have not implemented my order as per on record. The war stands declared. Israel stands cushioned by my power and on my side to empower me further to bring work done as ordered and is on record. It is hereby ordered that referendum results have to be handed over to Mr Modi Prime Minister of India within a period by which these powered peoples are killed and election held with no delay what so ever it may be. Those who surrender to the troops and help in election process can be saved.
