Peoples of India hardly know that when government opts for fazulkharcha/ spending it leads to inflation and when it spends on infrastructure the rupee gets strengthened resulting into less inflation.

eg spending on roads is infrastructure expenditure that strengthen the rupee as it leads to more trade and consequently more employment etc etc.

fazulkharcha is when government is compelled to spend on something artificial eg importing pulses which are time and space driven factor that people can stop eating pulses till such time domestic pulses production can take over and thing s become normal otherwise too if you eat daals then every body says daal hi khaayeio bhai kon sa teer maro.

similarly when government spends on developing high yield varieties of pulses rice wheat cotton etc etc it leads to strengthening of rupee as it caters for prospective demands of the peoples further leading to creation of trade and consequently to more employment.

BUT ITS THE PEOPLES WHO HAVE TO UNDERSTAND WHO IS DOING WHAT.
